1. General provisions

The present User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the terms of use of the automatic cryptocurrency exchange service Oqulum.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Mandatory KYC verification

To use the Service, users are required to undergo the KYC procedure (customer identification) by providing the following data:

• Last name
• Name
• Date of birth
• Photograph of an identity document

3. Payment and refund terms

Bank transfer payment is considered successful only if:

• The transfer amount exactly matches the amount specified in the application.
• The transfer is made on behalf of the person specified during KYC verification.

If the name of the bank account owner differs from the name stated in KYC, the payment will not be credited, no refund will be made, and the cryptocurrency will not be sent.

4. Disclaimer

Oqulum.com service is not responsible for user errors related to providing incorrect data or violating payment terms. The user undertakes to carefully check the information entered before confirming the application.

5. Changes to the Agreement

Oqulum.com reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Continuing to use the Service after the changes have been made signifies the user's agreement to the new terms.
